I'm really impressed with these shorts! I have worn them for several heavy workouts including a mix of strength training and cardio. They are so comfortable that you pretty much forget you are wearing them!
Highlights include:
Very comfortable waistband and stretch fabric. Complete freedom of movement for dynamic activities.
The length is great. Plenty of coverage when you need it, but not binding when you don't. You can be confident doing sprints / squats / deadlifts that they won't be in the way.
The Filium fabric, if you haven't tried it, is *insane*. After a very sweaty workout and then, unfortunately, sitting in the sweaty gear for an hour in the car everything stayed comfortable, and there was no smell. I can confidently wear these again without washing, which I never do with my other workout gear.
True to size -- I ordered a medium and they fit like a medium.
Would definitely recommend giving these a try!
