Shipping policy

Orders received weekdays before 11 AM EST are processed the same day. Orders received after that time are processed on the following business day with exception of U.S. Statutory Holidays. Delivery is approximately 5-7 business days.

Free Ground shipping on orders to continental United States and Canada. Free Ground shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands. These orders will be shipped at normal shipping rates. If you are unable to see a shipping rate for your address, please contact us at sales@zenkaisports.com

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We want to make sure you are happy with your new Zenkai Apparel. Zenkai offers a 30-day exchange/return policy from the time we shipped your order on all regular priced items.

Returns: Visit the CONTACT US page or send us an email at: sales@zenkaisports.com. Please provide your contact info; address, email, phone number, and reason for return.

Exchanges: Please follow instructions for Returns above. Product must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in original packaging.

Defectives: Please follow instructions for Returns above and also send picture of defective item.
